I have spent the last ten years using my marketing expertise to support the growth of tech startups and am a co-founder of T-Bone SaaS Growth Advisory.
I'm driven by an urge to create and develop, and I wish to help like-minded people create the change they want to see. My approach is direct and attentive and I find joy in simple and effective solutions.
My approach is based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is founded on the principle that each of us can find the answer we're looking for within ourselves. Through effective questions and sensory methods this truth can be uncovered.
I'm currently training to become a certified NLP Master Coach, which I expect to finalize during 2022.

If you've agreed with just one of the above questions, you're likely to be uncommonly common. And if you’re struggling to even imagine the life you want, you're definitely not alone.
Coaching is about navigating and surpassing the obstacles between where you are now and where you'd like to be. Frequent obstacles include:
- Lack of faith in your own abilities
- Uncertainty about what it takes to achieve what you want
- Doubts about direction and future
- Feelings of apathy and low energy
- Convictions about what you should be doing
Fortunately, you already have what it takes to create the life you want, within the possible parameters. The challenge is to channel your inner resources and utilise them in the most beneficial way – easier said than done.
It is said that we are the creators of our own fortune, but it can feel lonely and demotivating to begin by yourself. The benefit of having a coach to support you, is that they are entirely objective and able to support you without any judgement or ulterior motive.
Some can find it shameful to seek help through coaching. They see it as defeat – further proof that they are incompetent, since they cannot cope by themselves. The truth is that most successful people do have professionals to lean on and help them navigate the challenges they face. These people see coaching as a means to an end; a necessity to best achieve what they want.
“I just need to pull myself together” is an effective way to beat yourself up but not quite as helpful in achieving what you want. Typically, there’s a good reason that you’ve not already “pulled yourself together” – maybe your goal is too ambitious for your circumstances or there’s an obstacle that you haven’t identified. Regardless, willpower and motivation are likely not what you’re missing, but rather support and an action design, that fits you specifically.
In the past couple of decades coaches have emerged everywhere, and I have myself been quite sceptical of the various kinds of coaches. The truth is that Coach is not a protected title and just about anyone could open up a coaching business tomorrow if they wanted to. Naturally, that doesn’t help with the trust in the profession, but there are plenty of highly skilled coaches out there as well as credible certifications.

Intro session
The program starts with a two hour introductory session that serves as a foundation throughout the program.

- Life wheel – Where are you right now?
- Outcome – What would you like to achieve?
- Action design – How do you get started?
Weekly 1:1 session
Throughout the program you have a weekly 45-minute session where you set the agenda.
- Resources – What do you need?
- Obstacles – What is blocking you?
- Chunking – Which elements are there?
Reflection
At the end of the program, we look at what you've learned and how you can best utilise it moving forward. There is also the option of continuing weekly sessions beyond this, if you choose.
- Acknowledgement – What have you learned?
- Behaviour – How have you changed?
- Future – What are you now capable of?
Full flexibility
Get comfortable and relax in known surroundings. All sessions are via video or phone call, so you save the transport and can fit it into a busy day.
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet, which requires no installation or technical skills.
